He came into our lives when we needed him and offered an insurmountable amount of knowledge, compassion, patience and connections to help us FINALLY get a home of our own! His professionalism and courteousness went so very far with this purchase and he saw us through every step of it from the showing to the closing! Victor was instrumental in the closing of a deal that took months to go through. Not only was he very good at providing advice regarding various aspects of the buying process, but he really went above and beyond in terms of his attention to detail and professionalism. Throughout the process, I felt Victor had my back and was ready to fill in the gaps created by a less-than-stellar counterpart. When it became obvious that the seller's agent was not reliable, Victor stepped in and pick up her slack without giving it a second thought. I appreciate all his effort in bringing this negotiation to the finish line and I would recommend him to anyone who asks. I have worked with other realtors before, but none more thorough than Victor. I will definitely call him back on my next purchase!

Working with Victor was easy. He made the first time homebuying process very simple and helped me through the entire process. He has a lot of partners in the repair sector of home owning which is very helpful! He was very responsive and helped me recognize things I should be on the look out for and ask for during the various stages of home buying. Super helpful and I loved working with him! Highly recommend!

While looking for properties, Victor made sure to let us know of properties we may be interested in and getting answers to questions we had about properties very promptly. When we went to go look at the properties in person, Victor made sure to let us know how he felt about the houses with his honest and unbiased opinions based on his years of experience with properties and property owners, which was very helpful in narrowing down our choices. When we had the home inspection of our house, we couldn't be there due to covid, but Victor was present and made sure that everything was thoroughly checked and not even the smallest detail was overlooked. Throughout the entire process, including purchasing the house, Victor was there to answer all our questions and to take time to explain anything we didn't understand. Mind you, this was Victor in Massachusetts communicating with us all the way in Indiana. Victor was very responsive, knowledgeable, and looked out for us. Any property dealings we may have in the future in Massachusetts, we plan on going right back to Victor. We highly recommend him.

Victor was the most professional agent I've ever dealt with. Had an open house one week after listing and got three written offers that day, He does what he says and worked with use through out the whole closing process. We moved from Texas and came across Victor on the web, we were not familiar with buying process in Massachusetts. However, Victor helped us to navigate the process, he was very patient and professional. We learned a lot about housing market, when to push for something we wanted or when to let go. We have now a beautiful house in the location we always wanted. If we ever need an agent again, we will request his services without doubt.

If you are in need of an attentive, caring, professional, and motivated agent while look for a home, Victor Rosas is your guy! Not only was he extremely courteous but he consistently kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. We started our home search on-line and contacted Victor Rosas. We were looking for property about an hour from our current residence, so being able to view multiple homes within a day was key. Victor coordinated each of property's we wanted to view and was always prepared with a full print out of the listing at the time viewing. Victor was always available for questions via email, phone and text and was very responsive in a timely fashion. Victor was not only instrumental helping to coordinate each step of our home purchase, from property viewing, home inspections, financial lender recommendations through closing, but he was also present at each of these steps. Even after the closing, Victor has been available to answer questions. Victor has a very calm demeanor which put us at ease throughout this process.

Worked very hard and found us just the right second home in a quiet town away from the daily hustle and bustle of a big city. This home has all the characteristics and amenities we wanted. Victor is absolutely the best real estate agent anyone can ask for. He helped with the selling of our house in Northbridge, MA and was excellent. He is very responsive ( you can reach him at any time of the day) and welcomes your call by being pleasant every single time. He is patient and will explain everything in detail and makes sure you understand. He goes above and beyond in helping with the process. He made every phone call while we had to do bare minimum. He was willing to meet with us at our home (willing to travel) several times to explain each step. I highly recommend Victor not only is he great at what he does but he is also an awesome person to deal with. Thank you Victor so much for helping us with selling our home so quickly (our house was sold within two weeks of being in the market-yes you read correct two weeks!) Since I first met Victor I had a great feeling about him. Since the very beginning when we where just browsing he would checking on us and we never felt pressure or anything. He always answered my calls and text almost immediately and when he couldn't, he always let us know that he would get back to us soon. Every time I sent him a house he always got back to us with some information pretty much within the hour. From now on we will always work with him for everything real state. He is a real hero. Victor has been an amazing realtor to work with. He always checks in to make sure everything is going as planned, and when asked for some help and information, Victor worked right away to assist me.
